Philip Ashton (Treasurer) 

John Augustyn (President) - With over 30 years experience in the manufacturing and mechanical operations field, as well as 20 years working with the United Way Foundation, John offers great experience in facilitating tasks, managing finances and matching the needs of the community with the perfect donor. 

Cindy Decker - Currently, a retired RN, Cindy devoted over 40 years to her career at Meriden's MidState Medical Center. After observing how the different non-profits impacted the community, she joined the Community Foundation's board 5 years ago bringing great insight and innovative ideas to the table. Cindy is also a member of the Infinity Circle at MidState and a Trustee at Cheshire United Methodist Church

Séan Moore - Currently the President of the Midstate Chamber of Commerce, Séan has a knack for developing community programs and outreach. In his 14 years leading the Chamber, the total members grew from 325 to over 600 and continues to expand its programs and services. Offering his services and skills to multiple business and community boards throughout the state, Séan has received many recognitions and awards including the Meriden - Wallingford chapter NAACP Community Service award. Born and raised in Meriden, the songwriter and music enthusiast lives with his wife Kelley and has two grown daughters.

Chris Ulbrich - Chris Ulbrich earned his Bachelor's degree in Management Finance from the University of Connecticut. After graduating from college, Chris accepted a position at Ulbrich Stainless Steels and Special Metals Inc. as a Director of Purchasing. In 1988, Chris was promoted to Executive Vice President and remained in his position of Director of Purchasing and Sales. During this time, Chris was responsible for operations supporting 225 employees worldwide, all global sales and activities. In 1993, Chris became the President of Ulbrich Service Centers. From 1995 to 2014, he has been appointed as COO of Ulbrich. As COO, Chris provided pivotal leadership in building new opperations and internal acquisitions. In 2014 he was appointed Chairman and CEO after the passing of the second generation, Frederick C. Ulbrich, Jr. While the company continues to grow in size, services and revenue, Chris strives to maintain the highest quality services and leadership. During the most trying times in the company, Chris provided strength and support to Ulbrich employees and their customers.
